Thread: FFS Damn Faulty Patches

I just re-installed Call of Duty - World at War
And ive downloaded about 3.5GB of Patches [Man there big]
ANd i just installed Patch 1.5 and now its fucked up the game.
I cant get into it and its because Ive not patched a server file/ [WHY I DONT EVEN HAVE A FUCKING SERVER]

So anyway this is what it says.

ERROR: Could not find zone 'C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty - World at War\zone\english\code_post_gfx_mp.ff'

Ive looked on Google and it all comes up with forums talking about not updating your server files.
And I havent got one.

If some one could help it would be really nice.

Interesting how exactly the same thing happened to me, but I don't remember what error I got. But I do remember that the last patch fucked up my install... Couldn't bother to reinstall.

yeh me to and wid vista takes to long to install the patches ill just wait for patch 1,6 tht should fix it

well u can delete entire game and re-install it. just i did.
then search for patches in xfire(friently advise)
go to downloads and write cod5 patches
it will shown up 4-5 links and it downloads trough xfire.
i think i helped u to sove the problem.
