no if b3 is down I think admins cannot do anything
u can get qup and then he can use rcon but the superadmins arent giving out the rcon password, dont no why , but probs a gud reason
must be that the rcon password can be given away if a badass forces you to give it to them but not b3
btw rcon is nice 4 a lan but I cannot get it to work on internet to play alien mod
/me is still fairly pissed off that im not trusted with rcon pass -.-'
