Thread: Great Injustice

Dear FPS Overload community and members!

I love playing on your servers, I found it not long ago, and as I'm fairly new to COD4, leveling was a great experience on your server... some exceptions of hack abuse, but that's not your fault.

Now I'm not perfect. I'm an explosive person, and if insults starts rolling, my control is gone, was kicked for it before, probably not the first time that will happen, I deserve that.

Yesterday on the other hand was different. I was only kicked, but it really hurt. I was actually holding back, trying to act cool, didn't work.

The player named 'Stoned... Sorry' was offending and threatening me in my language in a pretty bad way. He called me a Jew kid, telling me I was going to get it, will be taken by the 'train', and then he said he will beat the crap out of me, so I should tell him where I live. He kept going on, and on about me being a Jew, which is not true in the first place, than kept on threatening me. I don't even know the guy...

I wrote about this in chat, asked the admins that were on to do something, but for 6-7 games straight I got abuse from him, and nothing happened.

Quper logged on, and since I got a spawn-camping warn from him (for typing too much so was slow with moving), I knew he was an admin, so I wrote him what happened, and all I got told back was to stop typing and play. And finally on the 8th map I played together with that lowlife 'Stoned... Sorry' I finally snapped and wrote in chat that he should go back to Nazi train camp and leave us alone. And behold, > I < got kicked.

I think that was great injustice, and I would like for steps to be taken to not let this person play ever again on your servers.

This is player Szikla, from Hungary, and this happened yesterday evening (GMT +1) between 9pm and 12pm on your 'normal' CoD4 Search and Destroy server.

No he was talking in normal chat, since he was usually on the other team.
At the time you were up he might not have been typing, he just dropped a line here and there.

I would swear on anything, and I wish I could have some more proof than my word, but seriously, would I come here and create an account if I didn't feel it was important?

I don't know what tools as admins you have, but if you have a chat log, you could put the sentences he wrote in Google translate and see for yourself.

I will also upload my steam ID when I get home from work, I guess that doesn't help much.

I saw the message of you as wanting him to go to a concentration camp. And I didn't saw any real insult of that stoned guy just something about that you were spawncamping. That's why I tempbanned you. Will download the chatlogs for it to check it.

About that warning how come you didn't actually say anything that round? And also I have seen you spawncamping before. Those things made me decide that I should warn you. And yes I was not willing to spend a lot of time in a warning it's overal just a warning.

I understand your point, and can see how you could see me whining over him, which I was doing at that point.

If you can, please check the log from the first time I logged on yesterday. The first sentence he said to me after I killed him was as exotic as it can get.

Ok, I have read the logs and have tempbanned him for racism.

I have also unbanned you but watch out it with what you say cause I am sure every admin will tempban you for what you said. Now in this case I believe you had a different meaning with it but you can't see that in just the sentence.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding and I hope you understand why you were banned.
