Thread: The Server is loosing its respect ;(

fatush i more than once a week try to get suitable candidates to REGISTER first then GET 35 POST then they must be KNOWN and RESPECTED and TRUSTED by the MAJORITY of current staff and SPEAK english to a GCSE+ level

now each of these CAP Comments MUST BE MET as a requirement to become an admin now i am currently supporting 2+ people for becoming admin and am always scouting and encouraging people to become admin but todo so they must reach 35+ posts on the forum which many dont do as they get bored/distracted/loose interest before they reach this requirement we only want admins who will not LOOSE INTEREST thats why we have this requirement and we need admins that will constantly check the sites for updates and check for ban appeals and for admin applications and vote to reject/accept this appeal/application



think of people wh oshould be admin
now all our admins must trust this person (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must have 35 posts on the forum (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must now be over 16 age (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must speak good english (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must be active on both TDM and SnD servers (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must be active on the site and make useful posts not spam (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must be good at being able at know if someone hacks (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)
now he must be able to tell a good player from a hacker (so stroke all them who dont hit this point)

now PLEASE show us You nice long list of players as i only have one which told me he is waiting a while before he apply's

for this next point he must not be from Belgium

I think there will always be some admins who lose their interest in moderating the servers...
Why? - Becoming an admin, is like giving up a little *FUN* (F is for friends, that do things together. U is for you and meee... ye right my post) As i was saying admins give up a little of their time to moderate.
Instead they could have been playing.. or do whatever other things they wanna do ^^
I understand that some admins might go crazy of all those *newbs* shouting on xfire: *hey hey, there is someone hacking on the server*

BUT in the end, that's what you signed up for! Isn't it?
