If they're breaking the rules/ spamming in foreign languages yes.
But if they're just making the occasional comment to a friend who too speaks the same language, i see no problem.
How are we supposed to know what they're saying if we don't speak the language? -_-
why should we care about what are they saying? if they are saying something about YOU, you'll see the Jibble in they're chat sentence, respectively blunks, weedman etc. and u can asked them if there's a problem. speaking in non-latin languages, like russian, is already banned.

I agree with weedman (brownie points). If they keep going on and on and on, then i think a warning to try and speak in english or not at all? And kicked if ignored? But if they can't read the rules. then i think they should be kicked because they cant play on a server where they dont understand what is going on! Correct?
if they keep saying things constantly ask them politely to use english. if they continue kick them. or try to find out what language it is and use google translate to tell them to shut up.

Ok. Of course I know if they say my name, I'll ask. I was just wondering because I haven't seen anything really enforced like that while I've been on.
we have people in the community from almost all stretches of the world so what do u want them to not speak their own language? lol

dont really know what i just said but hey
you say if they are talking about you you see your name. But admin isn't your name and in an other language you can't know it. When i was a referee in soccer i said to the captains that i didn't wanted to here an other language and if i did then i will show them a yellow card. And so i did and the trainers accpeted it.
hmmm fuck that.. ITS RUDEEEEEEEE .. simple and straight.. i keep my german down 2, 99% and ONLY speak english..
