About LinkBacksIf u read the 'Unwritten Rules' Thread, it says Non-English is fine, but no russian (by that i mean only latin letters/words) and no spamming (english or not).

It's just my opinion, doesn't really make me a noob in any way.
If it's just a few words here and there, great! But when it becomes spam and an entire conversation, no way.

Depends on the admin, personally i dont mind.
Some admins can understand the conversations and even join in.
But Most ppl speak moderate english anyway, so be curtious and speak english on an english server
I don't like non English ppl, mostly Polish, yea that's strange, but if I see Polish boys speaking so stupid things, swearing, insulting each other all the time I'm getting angry, I don't want them to know that I'm from Poland too, cos they gonna speak in Polish to me.
German... hmm... I hate German on servers ( no offence guys ) it reminds me to school and our fckin crazy German teacher.

Yeah, it's mostly German or Spanish from what I've seen. Glad I'm not the only one that gets a bit annoyed.
insulting a admin or player, and if u see they are not joking, crossing the border of a joke or whatever, the "brave hero" will be kicked-tempbanned-perm in extreme cases, but don't think anyone it's so stupid to not shut it up after a temp ban.
