Depends whats up, you checked our list? Getting PunkBuster too Work!
Does it give you an error message when you get kicked/banned or whatever
All it says is that "PunkBuster needs updating, visit Evenbalance.com". I do that, follow there instructions for manually updating my PB files but when I connected to NG|24/7 creek, it gives me the same message. Any options?

A: Usually, this message means your PB is not working properly. Download and Run PBSETUP, remember to "Add Game" before Checking for updates.
Try using that program...It's used when your pb has a currupt file, it'll overwrite the files you have, with the newest release versions.
If it says your up to date, you could have ago at deleting your pb folder, and running the program, but i'm not sure...

ok, that did'nt work as i now figured out why my internet is on the frits again...it's lost half it's signal as one of there radio masts was torn down,, but I updated it myself using a manual code and replacing it in the pb subfolder in the Activision-Call of duty folders, and now i'll see if it works.

my problem with pb is:
when i go into a server to play it tells me "server disconnected"
i go to another and the same again...
only in servers withOUT PB i can play...
but i dont care too much cause i play only in this one....
Usually if your being disconnected, it means you have a shitty internet provider, while on most PB servers, the ping is lowish to highish
, I use a shitty Huawei 3 Modem

Sooo i got a PB prob with COD4 , obviously lol .... I have a store bought ( german ) copy, i got all the updates, PB is up 2 date... bu when i go on a PB server it kicks me after 5 minutes or so with an error message:
Kicked player bc an unknown windows API error... any suggestions ??? NEver had problems before... any thoughts ?????
any help is reallllyyyyyyyyy appreciated!!!!! i googled and it seemed like a common prob wih linux OS...
but im running vista ultimate 64bit ... HELPPPPPPPPPPPPP
