i kick people for shouting at someone annoyingly even after i check them out and state they dont. - maybe add a rule to !rules to state this but this should not really be a problem because talk about hackers should remain in xfire not ingame where the hacker switches off at sight of his name. not all this has to be put on the community we as admins must stress and show members how they should act in our community for all we know they could be coming form somewhere where this kind of behaviour was acceptable and we must hammer it into them that here it will be unacceptable.

But ralle here has done something now creating a thread highlighting how this is not our policy and how we should make members change.

I had some problems with forum members and newbies that get killed and then watch the kill cam and think the killer is a hacker.
Even after I spectate and say the player is clean they are persistent that the person hads hacks not, had HAS.
So yea this is basically what ralle and murf (thanks for that m8s) has said. you steal gaming time and make the players rage!
If you are sure the person has hacks record him or call an admin on XFIRE [the group (fpsol)]. the in game chat is useless unless an admin is in the opposite team and you too then you could use teamchat.

BOTTOM LINE If you want to help us help you, get xfire and only call us if:

1) the server is not full
2) the hacker stays for more than 3 rounds and hack (and NO kill cam spec does not count as Luck can occur)
3) you are sure who the is hacker (name)
4) you are +-sure what hack he is using (it helps us to make a quicker ban or clear if we know what we are looking for)
5) you are not crying wolf (I have marked some players as wolf-criers)

and plz admins add to ralle's concern if you want/can

reporting is easy go to the link
log on using your fps name and password
type in the hackers credentials (not all the fields are required)
and submit!!

no what I meant was full like 17 players meaning an admin is already on the server (I was called a fiew times by players on full server with either ralle or murf or you ingame)
