mhhh i hope it runs on my new notebook,how old is civ ? 2-3 years?

waaaaah i've seen now civ is from Sid Meier, i loved his Pirates! Game and im still waiting for a continuation.

AoM was released before AoEIII I think. AoEIII is like Indians (Native Americans) or something.

Basically it's simular to all other endless-strategy games (especially age of... skein)
In AoM you play an acient folk - the greeks, the agypts or the vikings. You have access to god powers such as thunderstorm, meteor shower or earthquake. All in all it's quite fun to play though it's a little old.

edit: And I loved his Pirates game, so much fun

and i don't like warcraft, like all strats with fantasy-characters, that's the point why i can't find any good game xD

Galak, what's the latest AoE ? part 3? the last one i played was with canons and the dumb "let's stay in a row, wait until the enemy stands in front of us and then we shoot each other, yeah!" :s

someone tried supreme commander 1/2?

yeah AoE III is that era where they just stand in front of each other

AoM is good too, there's also a Star Wars version of AoE II, but don't think it's worth picking up anymore (graphics are horrible compared to AoM or AoE III

Meeeh.. AoE III fails. nothing for me i'm going to try civ4 but it's really poor how less strategy games are developed after AoE / Empire Earth and so on. it's saaaaaaaaad...

BEST STRATEGY: company of heroes. Its a war strategy which i played so much before i played cod, get it or look it up!

LOL qup XD i remember i have WiC on my desktop-PC. xD it sucks online when you have player which don't play as a team together. But it is fun no singleplayer-maps,just online arena. But i agree, it's a really,really, really good game !

Who of you remember Vikings : Fields of Conquest? I use to play that when I was like 8 yo but that was a fun strat game. IDK if it still exist tho.
