If you want to get into a server like that the best idea would to google the mods and look for server ip's.
Jets, Helis and Tanks, thats one of Dobbys Mod's called Flyer (http://www.novemberdobby.com/downloads_cod4.html)
But he's still working on it, so there is no support.
But on the cod4 server list, hit filters and set Mods to All and you'll get a list of Mod servers and normal servers.
