    Bodybuilding

    Request of Murf

I personally weigh 70 kg at 6 or 8 Fat% atm. Gained 20 kilos since january last year. I am also a bit longer now tho. Not happy with how much I gained tho. Could have got a few more kilos but well.

    BP 5X70
    SQ 5X92,50
    DL 5X110

Doing A HIT system atm something like the way the legend Dorian Yates always trained.

Just pullups, pushups isn't a proper training. My comment was ment at the "I don't need anything else".

well ofcourse i don't do only that... mostly pullups, pushups... ofcourse i do some freestyle with the bar too for the bodybuilding... pullups workout almost your entire upper body. That i do mostly now as i am moving from country to country, house to house and don't have a proper training for other body parts. I did Taekwondo for a year, Traditional, Modern wushu for about 4 years, karate a little bit... at that time mostly i was flexing. Pullups changed my body in a very short time. Recommend it.
And ofcourse always before everything warm up, flex all your body and after the physical.

Pullups, pushups, crunches don't even target 50% of your total muscles. Which in fact makes you gain slower and it isn't even good for you. And then I expect that you do them weighted.
