started wieghtlifting again since being lazy since before xmas out of shape can only do 20 reps of 17.5kg concentration curls and can only bench 45kg maxlift :L gotta tune up my game :F also thats prob the reason im MAD in this post :L

45s not bad, you should try an alternative to bench presses and do weighted press ups it puts more pressure on you rather than lifting dead weights your lifting your own body weight + what evers in your bag

fucking test in religion with a new teacher actually everyone dislikes (and that test went down the tube). Ultimate boring German lesson and the fact that I first have time to relax after 9pm ... tuesdays and thursdays are so fucking busy.
Uhm Murf I am sorry but your body must have really weird proportions if you bench 45 while your concentration curls is 17,5.
