As you may have noticed I have not been very active this last month or two, I have been pretty busy with real life things as well as, as some of you know, my iPhone and OS X work.
I have been visiting this site most days, but haven't had the time to read every post, nor reply to all those I would have liked too, and with WeedMan busy will school this all adds up to two inactive admins.
Over the last few months the site has also grown a fair bit, I see members in the forum I don't remember, admins on the team I hardly know and our traffic ranking has shifted significantly, this isn't a problem, in fact the opposite, so I want to change somethings around a little so people don't have to wait on me or Weed to get things done.
Over the next couple of weeks I want to restructure who is in charge of what, and make sure they have the resources, activity and knowledge to do so without a problem.
The three main categories will be: Servers, Server Administration and Forum.
Responsibility over the servers will be making sure they are online, making sure b3 is online and working and changing the server configuration to suit the community and the admins.
Server Administration will include sorting, recruiting and signing up new server admins and administrating ban appeals, as well as maintaining control over the interface.
The forum needs moderators, new users need to know the rules and know not to break them. New admins, VIP's and other staff need to have their usergroup set. Spammers need to be banned and new forums need to be managed.
Most of that applies to current FpsOverload staff, however it should help speed up problems with B3, problems with the server, ban appeals, admin application and keep the forum clean and active.
