Thread: FpsOverload Job Recruitment

Due to the growth of FpsOverload it has become rather a large task to manage and develop the site and 'network' single handed, even with the help of the other admins and moderators.

So, I have decided to start recruiting employees, for the first time, to the public. We are looking people who are interested in helping Fps out and over all, helping the Call of Duty and First Person Shooter community.

Fps is not just this project (FpsOverload), FpsResources is another site we run, FpsResources is still in development, but becoming more and more open everyday. We also have several other projects in mind that have not been started.

Currently we are looking to recruit:

Developers
Managers
Moderators
Designers (App Coming soon).
PR

Developers will work with the source codes and servers to maintain improve functionality as well as add features.

Managers (Project leaders) will run projects and assess where to take them and how to do it, aswell as controling their staff.

Moderators work with and below Managers to keep the Fps name a good one, and provide a welcoming communtiy.

Designers work with PR, Developers and Managers to give Fps an attractive image, help with advertising and improve usability.

PR (Public Relations) focuses on the advertising of Fps, getting new staff, new members and relasing information to the public
