It's laggy as hell because I'm guessing you didnt render it in a program like Sony Vegas or AAE. Did you watch it right after recording? How big is the file.
The genetic Mistake
lawl i know why it was laggy. Cause my GC couldn't handle the quality xd 2 Minutes were 4gig.
I changed the FPS like Psycho said and this came out, after cutting & compressing:
www.fileuploadx.de/228169
What did you use to compress/encode the video after you were done? Because I encoded it to mp4 and NO quality according to me was lost (video size same, sample freq 44100Hz, vid bitrate 1248, sound bitrate 192 )
but the size is now 16MB insted of 30something MB PM me your email and I will send you my encoding software (Do not worry IT IS FREEWARE)
the mp4 is 1:47 @ 15.4MB > 5:00 @ 43.2MB
the mov is 1:47 @ 33.1MB > 5:00 @ 92.8MB!!!

Umm, Pyscho wouldn't it be easier just to post it here?
I do not know how and all the sites were you can download it from has lots of shitty rules if you want to download it.
can I upload an install file here??
Maybe you can get a nice place to download it from it is Super
no really Super is the name of the program. There is some issues with it but nothing major just wont encode curtain formats.

.mov and .mp4 are not the same.
mov is the QuickTime File Format (QTFF), it was made on the base of mp4, but they are not the same. Mpeg-4 (mp4, m4v, etc..) can contain a much larger amount of data.
You could say they are an extension of each other, but not the same.
