Thread: How do I change in-game text color?

I was watching this frag (http://fpsoverload.com/call-duty-modern-warfare/3385-sick-frag-movie.html) and noticed the player's in-game text such as the "+5" and "+10" that pops up when you kill an enemy.

He has it set to blue and orange.

Does anyone know how to do that?

I believe that is done by the video effects, not by call of duty...
